Update 2025: it has been 4 years. Now I am able to meditate without guided program using the great advices I took during guided ones. I love the surprise meditation for each day 2021: I like the short and progressive sessions. They make every day meditation possible, even at very busy days. I had many problems with philosophy of MBSR and many questions. My questions are being answered, and I feel my philosophical conflicts with MBSR are not existing here any more (I did 8 week MBSR program before).

Great app! Premium program is also completely worth it. I was never really able to do meditation as a practice, but the way Petit Bamboo is structured, with the theme programs, helped me make it a real habit in my daily routine (also because the sessions are no longer than 15 minutes, it's doable). I've been using it for the past 6 years because I absolutely love it. 💚 But why did you have to remove some features from the free tier? It ruined my experience. The paid plans are mad expensive I’m not paying that.
