Share Routines and Activities
Record activities, meals and routine information as you go about your day including personal care information and achievements. Add photographs or video clips to capture enjoyed experiences and share instantly with parents.

Monitor Development Progress
Complete individual or group observations, add photos / video clips and next step suggestions then link to your Development Framework*. Generate and download complete Learning Log Summaries to share with parents and regularly review learning progress.

Log Events
Meet Safeguarding Requirements. Efficiently log significant events for your group or for individual children: accidents/incidents, visitors, medication, etc. Easily attach photographs as evidence or record forms for parents to sign.

Issue Invoices
Create and send invoices directly to parents to request payment. Charge for a selected number of hours or for actual attendance recorded. Issue payment reminders and receipts and record when payment has been received.

Complete Accounts
Record income and expenses to easily keep on top of your business accounts and generate complete account summaries ready for tax return calculations.
