★★★★★ My 7 year old listens to the Time to Sleep meditation at least a few nights every week, has for about a year. There has only been a couple times he wasn't asleep before it was over. My four year old even asks for it some nights now too. We have also purchased some of the sports meditations and my son also likes them. I wasn't sure what to think at first but I'm a huge fan of visualization for myself and my son now and this app is the most kid friendly we have found. I highly recommend this for anxious kids too.

★★★★★ Great app My kids listen to this every night at bedtime and fall right to sleep. Love it.

★★☆☆☆ Misleading. . Meditations all cost more than the description shows and only one sample meditation is free.

★★☆☆☆ Not Free 36 seconds of one meditation is all I get unless I pay? This app is hardly free. Uninstall.
