With the new update, I am unable to watch any of the videos uploaded for this app. I even sent you a mail regarding this issue, but there was no reply from the team. Please fix this issue asap. My mobile model is Realme 1. Android version is 9.

Newly add feature CCTV is hopeless, not working at all. You guys should test the application first, before migrating in your app. It is not at all working. Can't select 2 camera simultaneously, the Vedic start after 2-3 min once select the camera. Please improve your app or keep it with old vendor, also the recording option is not available now. Keep the CCTV access with Hi-Look if you can't fix the issue
