I have tried using this app to make my first appt with my therapist, but she never responds. It seems Mind strong is all about profits, and does not care about the client at all. Do not rely on these folks for your mental health concerns.

My last psychiatrist was excellent, but she left Mind strong. There were major problems with the new doctor. I am out of 1 of my 2 meds. I need to find a new doctor, but no one from Mind strong has replied to my email.

The app is junk. Half of my messages disappeared when I hit send. I will only talk on the phone or do video appts. Messaging takes too long and does not work most of the time. They moved me to a new therapist and I am pretty pissed about that because my therapist was finally getting to the root of my issues and now I have to start over. I am so tired of starting over!!!
