So far I'm loving it . Though how do you log out. I'm still using original matrix miner and can cash out, but I didn't realize I was signed out, so I signed back in and accidently used won't sign in info that I use on reloaded. So now I can't cash out till I can up back to other profile/account. Anyone gives a tip. Also I just saw a comment I've wondered about... being able to mine 2 contracts at the same time. I'd do this review under original miner but last time I tried it was gone.

Withdrawal stuck in pending for over 5 months. Will change to 5 stars once my withdrawal is finished. Support has been terrible

I spent thousands of MTRX on a parcel in Neon City. I spent hundreds more to buy a building and upgrade it. Less than 2 days later I was moved to a different city and lost my parcel and building and can't contact customer service about it. I haven't tried to withdraw yet, but I've lost a lot of confidence in this project.

Reloaded starts with claims of system update new app just like old version which they make updates for bot while new app w same error message on brand-new app??? Wrote support email. Still can't access. On e I can, I'll change this rating. I just want to mine again plz. 😪
