The app is great to allow our volunteers to get to know names and faces. We appreciate that we can group youth by grades. It's also great if we need quick access to a parent's phone number. This is the best app, particularly for youth ministry, for tracking attendance and creating events. Seriously amazing. Kurt is ONE GUY who has made all of these apps himself. He's the only support for these apps and this is his side project. It's pretty amazing that he has done all this himself and supports this himself. If you're looking for an app that can track attendance at events and keep all contact info of both parents AND youth students, this app is it.

The entire staff I work with has iPhones and the app seems to work fine for them. However, as someone with Samsung, the app is one of the biggest pains in my life. I know this sound dramatic, but I've not had one day when something hasn't gone wrong. The app never knows if it's updated or not and only lets me send texts when it feels like it. The app never syncs to other devices properly and randomly changes event times on its own. This app needs to be compatible with Android.

This app's core functions never worked from day one-constant glitches, and functions that just plan don't work. Customer service takes weeks for them to get back to you. When they do, they are completely unhelpful. They promise "An update is coming!" and "The developers will be reaching out to you". Never happens. I paid for the cloud option. I requested a refund for that purchase and the app purchases my church paid for volunteers to get this. They agree, it's been 4 months and still waiting AND they have charged me for the cloud again. When I emailed them, they said "you have 30 days to get a refund from the play store!" What??? At this stage, I am disgusted by their handling of this situation and their lack of support for their customers. I have no idea whether they're just going to keep charging. BEWARE
