Overpriced, poor quality clothes in the name of fashion. Once you return an item, your money gets stuck as gift cards, they don't return it to you, and you now will have to buy something or lose that money. Do not recommend.

Very disappointed with this brand’s. Received a defective product from Nykaa, but the brand has no return or replacement policy, even when the issue is clearly a quality defect. Such policies are unfair to customers. I would not recommend to anyone buying from this brand because of any reason if you want to return the products you can't do it. There is no other brand that has this kind of policy.

They offer store credit and the quality is so eww. I'm stuck with a 4.5k dress which I can no longer return and the quality is poor it's not even worth being a pocha. Don't shop here girl. Savana, although mass-produced has much better quality
