Ordered a steel gray dress, pocket square and tie to match, and they sent me a sliver dress. The tie and pocket square was the color I actually wanted. When I emailed for a return and refund they refused telling me it was the color I ordered. I even sent them pictures of what they sent me what I thought I was ordering and even the color difference between the tie and dress. I will NEVER order from this place again

I haven't ordered as yet that's because of how uncertain I am of your shipping policy. There's zero information about it in the help section, under shipping and delivery the info there about measurements. In addition to that I have 5 dresses in my cart it's just a matter of placing the order, and for every dress that was added your shipping price keeps going up. I need help with this being sorted out ASAP otherwise I will take my business elsewhere.

Finally got the dress for my daughter's wedding and the website and customer service did not process the order as asked. It claims FREE custom sizing, and 100% satisfaction. I paid over $250 Inc extra for express shipping because it was taking so long in "quality control." This was all AFTER I'd communicated with them over and over that I needed a dress for someone who is only 61" tall. 5'1". They would reply a day later saying it's a standard size 14, even though they had my exact measurements
