My experience it's hard to get a refund. The measurements are off the dress size chart are inaccurate. They have seen you through so much get your money back this is not a good company.

I ordered my dress just by size not to my specific measurements and returning the dress has been quite difficult. I just want a full refund but have only been offered a very small amount of a refund of $36 for a dress that cost $168.10

Ordered dress for daughters wedding, nice dress just didn't suit me, I am having trouble trying to return it have no information as to return the dress, I contacted customer service, no reply, live chat don't have access to help, how hard is it to just message back with a QR code. I'm really disappointed
