Game bug, tutorial ended up bugging when I was logged into my acc and then the tutorial guide me up to the leveling the character but I had no others' character to level it up, and it just starts to repeat the process im literally can't do anything.

Instead of LINE Rangers, rename it for LOADING Rangers, because the server is so slow the loading screen is longer than the actual gameplay.

You can't contact the line ranger support because it says error every time. I often lose a game against someone who is obviously weaker than me. Everything about this game is luck based since I lose to game against weak players. I have experienced this a million times and I tried to contact the line support but when I try to send it, it always says error and cant send it. Fix your game, its unenjoyable, and you got to refer to the players. Listening to the players voice may help your game improve.

The PVP system balance highly relies on player's luck (whether you can get good characters/items from gotcha or a weak opponent), even though you spend lots of money. I don't think it's a fair mechanism and breaks game experience.
