Had a very bad experience. Thursday's trial delivered around 12:30. From Fri subscribed delivery commenced at 12:40, then Mon around 1:30, Tue around 1:40. Tue delivery seems to have been available within the office cafeteria unlike earlier 3 deliveries on street. Wed no call, I couldn't call back as I did not who will be delivering, obviously was very hungry & ate elsewhere forgoing what I had paid. Thu (today) decided not to subscribe anymore!! Food quantity is just sufficient for the price

I placed a meal order on Wednesday, and I was told it would be delivered on Thursday at 12:30 PM. Even by 2:30 PM, I had not received the meal. I tried contacting them multiple times, but they did not answer my calls. This is a very disappointing experience—the delivery service is poor, and there is no communication at all. If they cannot deliver on time, they should at least inform the customer. When I did receive the meal, the food quality was extremely bad. Not recommend this app to anyone.

Worst application can't even see the tracking, I ordered food in this app I didn't get the order. But I got mail that order is delivered. Worst customer service I contacted them through mail and mobile number, but I didn't get any response from them
