No truck is showing? USE MISTER SOFTEE NORMAL APP If you contact mister softee on Google they respond within a few minutes. I had trouble finding my softee truck because I was using the wrong app! THERE IS A DIFFERENT APP FOR TRACKING SOFTEE TRUCKS IN NORMAL CALLED MISTER SOFTEE NORMAL. This app works great if you're not in normal.

I saw ice cream truck, but it went the other way and usually when I see the truck come on my street it goes fast and I can't catch him and when I use the app no ice cream truck pop up and I see them time to time (I still like ur ice cream.) Lands dale west Mt Vernon st, PA

This app is absolutely pointless. It does not show the ice cream truck anywhere at any time using the app. This is a complete waste of time. Why claim that we can find the truck using this app when in fact it is not helpful at all give better chance listening for the truck and trying to follow it through its traditional music. I honestly would rate these zero Stars if it was possible. Total worthless app waste of space absolutely no help

The app just doesn't work. A mister softee truck drove right by my house but no trucks were listed on the app as even being relatively close by. It also doesn't allow you to turn off the jingle in settings.
