Just got my package and the things I bought look even better in person. So far the customer service is great, and the app is functional and easy to use. One thing I'd like to suggest is for the user to be able to create boards within his favorites (since the app has a lot of variety in items) otherwise they're just a long list of unrelated items that I saved.

The status of products offered by the App is not updated. I ordered two keyboards, then after two days they called and said they are sorry, that product is not available. Disappointing!

I've had a very good experience with mi swag for such a long time, but I feel so disappointed lately due to an error happened to me while I was paying with my card for one of my orders, the error cost me to pay double amount. Mi swag didn't give me a satisfactory answer about my inquiry, I guess I'll never use it again, I mistrust them now, unfortunately.
