This was a disappointing experience. I placed an order and the status showed “confirmed” for a full week. I contacted support several times about the delay and was told it was due to high workload and that the request was being followed up. After exactly one week, the store contacted me and informed me that the items I ordered were not available.

The worst shopping app I ever used 🙄🙄 I order a product they confirm it and then after 3 days they call me and told me that the product out of stock !!! How you put something, and you don't know it's in stock or out stock 🤣🤣 I delete it and I will never use it again thanks for worst experience

I've had a very good experience with mi swag for such a long time, but I feel so disappointed lately due to an error happened to me while I was paying with my card for one of my orders, the error cost me to pay double amount. Mi swag didn't give me a satisfactory answer about my inquiry, I guess I'll never use it again, I mistrust them now, unfortunately.
