The worst shopping app I ever used 🙄🙄 I order a product they confirm it and then after 3 days they call me and told me that the product out of stock !!! How you put something, and you don't know it's in stock or out stock 🤣🤣 I delete it and I will never use it again thanks for worst experience

I've ordered, and I paid using my debit card a 408.2k IQD after 5 days they informed that one of the products that I ordered was not available at the supplier store and offered to buy a more expensive one, I asked to be refunded via card, but the surprise was that they refunded my with a lesser amount saying that I had a discount coupon applied in my ordered so the refund will not be the same as the price of the product removed

I've had a very good experience with mi swag for such a long time, but I feel so disappointed lately due to an error happened to me while I was paying with my card for one of my orders, the error cost me to pay double amount. Mi swag didn't give me a satisfactory answer about my inquiry, I guess I'll never use it again, I mistrust them now, unfortunately.
