Lighten up lotion, cream are easy on the skin and the exfoliating liquid soap removes all buildup on the body, but I rate 4 cause first, they didn't list the ingredients that extremely lighten me not even 3 weeks long, second their pump, both that I received, too defective.

My experience with this brand is awful, mistakenly purchase more than I wanted and the scent of the product was making me nausea, so I try returning some of the product as I couldn't use it, received a return label through their chat, but unfortunately I couldn't open it, Sent another message and was asked to confirm my email which I did but never received an email from them, neither did I hear from them through their app as that the only mean of communication, wish there is a zero-star bottom.
