It wasn't working at first, but everything went fine after uninstall, restart and reinstall. The Wi-Fi connection with the camera is a little cranky but works. Software update went well.

Tried to connect to my dashcam (MiVue 790 Wi-Fi) using Wi-Fi to update camera locations - the app shows instructions to choose a DCIM folder, however when selecting the folder it says its invalid. Gave up in the end. The app has never been amazing anyway, average at best. Not worth the download.

The app supports DVR 7 Series, 8 Series, 9 Series, C Series, D Series, DR Series, ER Series, I Series, J Series, M Series, N Series, R Series but not Mi Dash Cam 1S.

Rubbish. Buy a $300 dashcam, and it won't even connect to a new Samsung phone without asking for location settings which are already turned on !!
