Marion Jones is an AMAZING trainer! Her workouts are full of energy and encouragement! Whatever your fitness level is she will give you the workout you need. If you need modifications she provides them. Working out with Marion is more than a workout, it's an experience! Once you work out with her, you become a member of her tribe! She welcomes everyone and she creates a community atmosphere!
