★★☆☆☆ This app is horrible. Will not load. Just sits on the mjr screen with rotating circle over and over. Let sit for 10 minutes and it never works

★★☆☆☆ App is "OK" but the issue is trying to use a gift card. Every time I try to use a gift card it has invalid pin error code. There isn't any pins to enter. It's just straight numbers for the card. Only way to use gift card is on PC or in person. Online booking on PC you can only use one card at a time for single transaction. Used to be able to do that but for some reason you can't now. Been like this for a while and obviously not doing anything about it.

★★☆☆☆ Nothing has been resolved. Message says you must update app but when you do you either get the same message over and over again or the constant wheel spin and app won't open. Guess I'm going to AMC this week -can't buy a ticket here.
