Won't let me sign in. I then deleted and reinstalled the app and now, entering email and password, then getting and entering the authorization code, I get an endless loop of sign in screen.

App won't even open. I've updated and reinstalled it. Nothing. How am I supposed to access tickets if the app literally won't even load or open??

Every game is nightmare with this app, it's link with Ticketmaster is awful and unreliable. You can buy tickets and then be riddled with errors and not be able to view them, transferred tickets get lost. You need customer service? Good luck, the response time is useless when trying to fix something on game day. Edit: This app is still terrible. Everything above still stands years later. Shame on MLB if you're going to force this app it should not ruin or hinder the game day experience.
