Crashes on launch after entering location key, can't even enter my details to login. No error message. Utterly useless, and reception can't do anything themselves about it.

Reported an incident through this app but cannot see it in the incidents list, it says "no incidents", so I have a negative impression of the app so far. Also, the blank 'drawing' and 'finish registration' pages when you try to report an incident. What?

App barely works, constantly crashes when I try to log an issue.
