I love this fitness app! Gives you a structured training plan that has split training-upper/lower workouts with such a huge variety to choose from, and you can substitute it with others. Easy to follow short video demonstrations. No need to pay $60-$90 an hour for a PT where you can do this challenge for yourself! 5/5 stars 💪🦵
