Mobile Citizen is a specialized MaintStar Work Request application. The application allows users to create requests for problems. For example, reporting potholes, graffiti, leaking water hydrants etc. The request can contain photos, GPS coordinates, the address of a problem and comments. The citizen receives an automated e-mail notification about the request status & view info on the map.

Great App I've reported two local problems with this app. I used photos, and could pinpoint the location with the interactive map as well. I received an email and a phone call from the Traffic Dept., giving me the resolution for my first report. Just submitted the second one yesterday.

Is this app even working? You can submit a report but never get an update on whether it's completed. It's stays as submitted forever. I submitted 3 reports, got an email, but never got a resolution, so I don't even know if this app is functional lol Who's in charge of this app?

It's not an app, it's a bookmark, and it's not JUST for citizens. Please, Thousand Oaks, do better.

App doesn't work, indicates sever connection issues and brings me back to the select a city page. Also, the dropdown is flawed: has test data in the list, list is not in any logical order, and the list is not responding correctly to swipes in order to scroll down.

App crashed when uploading a photo for a request, but get an email that request has been filed. When I checked, it was blank.
