Save your time and download the Samsung app. Messed with this all night and had like 10% of my photos transfer. I used the Samsung one, and it transferred EVERYTHING in 90 minutes if that. I'm a little disappointed Straight Talk stays behind this app.

I have been with TracFone since 2007 and was happy with it for my needs. But on May 28, 2021, my car and TracFone we're totaled. I called to purchase a new phone they assured me would work with TracFone: a Motorola Moto 5 Stylus, with 5 G. I ordered it and paid them. When I received the phone it was THE WRONG MODEL. FOR THE PAST MONTH I HAVE TRIED TO GET THEM TO RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE. They refuse to rectify their mistake and WON'T send a return authorization or send my money back!
