NOT INSTALLED YET BUT Does it need Wi-Fi to work I have Wi-Fi but what if the place I am in doesn't have Wi-Fi can I still make the emergency calls?

I chose to get a samsung phone recently when my iPhone stopped working. One thing I missed about my iPhone was how fast I could call 911, in case of an emergency. I simply had to press the sleep button 5-6 times, without having to look at the screen. Peace of mind for Just In Case. And so it was concerning how many steps I had to take before I would be able to get a hold of an emergency dispatcher with my new phone. Now I don't know if this app works because I haven't tested it. But as far as I can tell, this app is the quickest way to call 911 in an emergency on my phone. And I appreciate having some shortcut to save time. The emergency number is a large button that will be easy to find and press if I do have to use it. Thank you for the work that's gone into this app. I only wish all phones had a quick call installation like my last phone. But until then, this is as good as it gets.

Close, but needs some improvement Most important thing I am looking for; needs to be able to call with just a couple of taps. So it needs to input the emergency number AND dial to be what I am looking for. Basically I need to be able to use this app even if I am blinded. Also, what is the 'emergency call mode' that seemed to be invoked when I tested this app?

It always defaults to Germany when opened despite previously selecting a different country. Too slow to reselect in a true emergency situation.
