If your app doesn't allow you to sign in, just erase your password and re-enter it. I was having problems with the continue button, but that worked for me.

Doesn't say passwords on PC & mobile apps must be different

Great app from a local, Erie PA based bank

I cannot use biometrics to sign in. Every time I do log in, I have to answer several MFA questions again. The app doesn't have useful features such as being able to view my account number.

I can't log onto mobile banking. I keep getting Error messages. Very Frustrating!!!
★☆☆☆☆Richard Anderson· Apr 1, 2023
It's great when it lets me log in, but most of the time I get a meaningless error message.

This app is terrible now. It used to be great, but the last update I did make it twice as difficult to sign in, it doesn't want me to use my passcode, and every time I tap the app, it first pulls up a black screen, like a camera. That makes me nervous. I have to close the window and tap on it again, then the app opens. What's with that!?
