If your app doesn't allow you to sign in, just erase your password and re-enter it. I was having problems with the continue button, but that worked for me.

I cannot use biometrics to sign in. Every time I do log in, I have to answer several MFA questions again. The app doesn't have useful features such as being able to view my account number.

This app is terrible now. It used to be great, but the last update I did make it twice as difficult to sign in, it doesn't want me to use my passcode, and every time I tap the app, it first pulls up a black screen, like a camera. That makes me nervous. I have to close the window and tap on it again, then the app opens. What's with that!?
