★★☆☆☆ Quit working .. My m8 HTC one, got an android update, this version changed, and now I cannot accept cards. Customer service said they would refer the matter to R&D, but I have heard nothing from them in over a month. They act like it is only the m8 that is doing this. Is there a phone that does work? I cannot even sign onto the account using the phone. It just gives a grey screen with a back bar across the top.

★★☆☆☆ Broke app. Couldn't run clients credit cards!

★★☆☆☆ I was on hold for most of my call, bc their employee didn't know what I meant when I said I needed a new card reader bc my old one no longer recognized swiped cards. She only knew it by the word "jack" not "card reader". Are you kidding me?! So not only did my card reader, (or jack), stop working properly, but I had to pay for it plus shipping & handling to have it replaced. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
