★★☆☆☆ So many little things wrong with this app. The biggest gripes have to be the poor UI and navigation abilities and the fact that an update will erase all mobile credentials. I think it's beyond unacceptable that a company would wake up unable to get in their buildings. We are fortunate enough that access wasn't critical, but I can only imagine how bad this could be for a medical office unable to unlock a door to the ER, or a day care center unable to get staff into rooms When we contacted support they didn't seem to even realize it was a problem or what effect not being able to open doors would have on company operations.

★★☆☆☆ Useless app. The first step of this app is to verify the phone number of the device it's on. The app couldn't even do that, and I couldn't progress in the setup. Ensured my number was entered correctly and never verified. Never worked.
