Over all the app works very good. But selecting the date of birth while receiving your password is a headache, you have to slide all the months back to get your date of birth. If you are 32 years old you have to slide 384 months to get to the year of birthday)!!!!!. Please have a look at it and make it easier.

Good application. But there are few things: while chatting with the operator sometime it is important to attach a file or a photo. And there is no such an option. Just texting. The application mixed a lot of times transaction accounts, like I was sending it to a certain account and the transaction was made on complete different account of mine. Update state is slow. Few times I had to leave the application for transaction to be renewed. But all the rest is o.k

Pls I have the app UniCredit before dat I have collected two times loans from them nd I used to pay even before the due dates, so yesterday I wanted to apply for another loan, but they did not give me throughout dat yesterday, nd I tried again this morning same thing, dat was what makes me to delete the app on my phone, but unfortunately later this morning they credited my Account, but I don't have the app loan again, I want to download it back, but I can't found the REGISTER UniCredit app I have b4

I would love to put 0 star, but it is not possible. This is the worst app and bank I faced in my life I even couldn't use my own money due to the longest process of changing pin and the operators are the worst ever they like to not answer or change call to other operator even chat does the same, the office couldn't handle my problem no one wants to give clear answer wouldn't recommend anyone to use the services of this bank. It is nightmare...
