Can't even login. Keeps telling me email is incorrect and it's not.

I just installed it today so I can keep track of my loan application. I am unable to login and the reset password doesn't send an email. I know I have the correct information because I can login to the website. There's nothing on the app to get assistance except the reset password and it never sends the email. When I can login, I will update the stars. The company itself is fantastic, they just need to work on their app. My one star is for the app, not the company.
