There seems to be a lot of confusion about this app, allow me to clarify. There are MANY merchant service companies that use this third party app to process payments. Please stop giving this app 1 star because you are having problems with YOUR merchant services company as that has NOTHING to do with this app. The app works great, just be careful and do lots of research about what company you choose to set up your merchant account with.

In closing, I would NEVER do business with this company again. They charge you a $7.99 monthly subscription fee to use their service. To process a personal credit card using a card reader, they charge 1.5 cents per $1, compared to Squares 2.5 cents per $1. To manually enter a credit card, they charge you 2.5 cents per $1 compared to Squares 3.5 cents per $1. When you factor in Pay Safe mobile app monthly fee and the hidden batch header fee (of which Square does not have), square cheaper

Customer service people are so rude. Don't sign up for this. I'm a verified business owner and my account was put on hold because a stupid investigation they were making. I got paid $1475 for a job and now I don't have access to that money because it's a risk. Risk was me replacing the asbestos pipe in the house a rerouting a water line. I don't have the time to be dealing with this. Once I get my money I'm Canceling. Not worth the aggravation. Don't download save your self's the un needed hassels
