MobileSerwis

MobileSerwis is the app for field technicians of companies running the MobileSerwis system.
Your work schedule, customer data, photos, parts and billing — all in your pocket, even with
a poor connection.

WORK ORDERS & CALENDAR
A day and week planner (change days with a swipe) or a list view, priority dots under each day,
a counter of new orders, search by customer/phone/address/appliance/serial number, and filters.
Full order details with labels and a driving map. Multi-day jobs show which day of how many.

WORK IN THE FIELD
Multiple photos per order with full-screen preview — the office sees them instantly in the web
panel. Parts from the catalogue with your van stock. Simple billing: enter the amount due and
labour is calculated automatically by repair type. A payment can be split across methods (cash,
transfer, card), and for a fiscal receipt you scan the customer's e-receipt code instead of
writing out paper. Collect the customer's signature on screen and email them the job card as PDF.
Plus manufacturer protocol fields, repair history and service reminders.

MESSAGES
Talk to the office right from the app — a separate conversation for every job, plus a general one.
New messages arrive as a notification, and tapping it opens that exact conversation.

CASH & DOCUMENTS
Technician's cash register (deposits, payouts, balance), customer quotes from your company price
list sent as PDF, technical documentation at hand.

WORKING OFFLINE
In a boiler room or a basement the app keeps going: photos, parts, signatures and billing are
saved on the phone and sent on their own once you are back online. Nothing is lost and nothing
waits for you to tap "retry" — a status bar shows how many items are still queued.

The app works with the MobileSerwis system (mobileserwis.pl). Signing in requires a technician
account created by your company. Some features (signatures, quotes, documentation, e-receipts,
Messages) depend on what your company has enabled.

WAREHOUSE ON YOUR PHONE
Receive, issue and move parts from the van, and scan barcodes with the camera. A line now has a quantity, and part details show batch history.

STOCK COUNT
The office adds you to a counting team and you count on the phone: type the quantity or scan code after code.

JOB CARD BY TEXT
No e-mail? Send the customer a link by SMS. If your company doesn't send texts, the message opens on your phone.

VISIT CONTACT
The job shows the person and number chosen by the office.
