Works fairly reliably, One major issue is the android app needs to be able to have notifications enabled (notifications enabled on apple)...time sensitive work orders come in and unless you refresh every minute you have no idea that new work has arrived, completely voiding the usefulness of having a mobile app!

Functionally, the app is not user-friendly. It was optimized for iOS, you have to manually refresh pages multiple times a day, and the entire UI is hard to navigate.

This app sucks. It is not compatible with android. It should not even be available to download for android because it is not compatible. The company does not have a release date on when they will make it compatible with android.
