★★★★★ I switched because I was paying nearly 60+ for one line with AT&T. I saw MobileX promoted at the Games. I said, "Why not?" I can always change back. I never did. I love how I can pay $30 unlimited down to like $12 when I know I won't be using that much data. The price and value is there. Only think keeping from 5 stars is no visual voicemail support. I hope that changes soon. Until then 4 out of 5.

★★★★★ I use this app/cellular service on a spare phone to have VZW coverage when I travel. My regular service is Mobile and although coverage is generally very good, I still travel to areas where VZW is the only service available. I rarely have to use it, but it does work well with the eSim. Cost is minimal. I could see using it as regular phone service if I wanted VZW coverage. My home internet is also TM wireless, so will likely stay with TM.

★★★★★ I don't know where to start, absolutely wonderful. These guys switch my eSIM to another e SIM 2 or 3 times, and it was absolutely flawless. You may not be able to call them, and they don't have a brick and mortar building. But boy, oh boy, are they on the ball? And their service is excellent, true They're running off of Verizon towers, but they still know how to run a company. It's a pleasure and an honor to be a customer. Of mobile x. You can't go wrong. Second to none.

★★☆☆☆ The app can't install an eSIM, so you have use the QR on the email, but unless you are at a computer, there's no great way to scan it and get set up. I knew the plan I wanted to set up, but there is no way to select your plan. Even before I confirmed I wanted to sign up, it charged me about $7 for the learning period. I then picked my plan, which it charged me for again. I contacted support to get a refund for the learning period, but they told me "the learning period isn't free"

★★☆☆☆ Downloaded this app onto a phone that is compatible with the MobileX service (according to their website IMEI check) Keep getting "MobileX has stopped"

★★☆☆☆ Couldn't even try it without using my real number, and it's not a "free trial" of the network if you have to pay for a phone number.

★★☆☆☆ Same here. They've had made me lose service for 3 days in a row on and off the whole month. It was always back and forth with customer service. I've always had to restart my phone😕. I was always cut off or unable to call or text without being connected to Wi-Fi. Or even being kicked out the app. I gave up on even reaching out. Or even trying to pay for service bc like for what? To lose days of service bc of data they try to say that's why my phone and text isn't working? I don't understand
