I like the app. It is really practical and easy to use. But I think I found a bug. I used to travel a lot. And when I change timezones, some past transactions are moved automatically to another day, creating a real mess in my historical monthly records. i.e.: I register the payment of my rent each first day of the month. When I travel to a different timezone, that transaction (and also some of the previous ones) are moved to the last day of the previous month. Can you fix this?

SOLVED. Apps okay after multiple uninstall n reinstall and restart of Hp. 22/5/2026: It is frustrating if I cannot get help pronto when it is logged in issue & when apps always goes "something went wrong. Try Again!" message error appears. When am I supposed getting a reply back via email? . . . All is great except that I forgot my password after a while not using it. And cannot go about changing it or retrieve my password back. Please help to rectify. Tq

**Update: Bug has been resolved after I emailed customer service.** Can't add income nor expenses anymore. Whenever I touch the + icon to add income/expense, the screen blinks black and then nothing happens. Please make the app functional again.

I've been using this app for a few years now, and although the credit card feature doesn't work well, the others were pretty good until now. After the last update the app has been incredibly slow and buggy, it doesn't create new transactions and when it finally pops up you can't save the info. Is not syncing, so I can't use it on another device. I tried contacting support, but it keeps referring me to the Portuguese version, no matter how many times I select English or Spanish.

Using premium. Somewhat difficult to use at times as a non-Portuguese speaker. Although my language settings are in English, the app frequently uses Portuguese.

This app is exclusive to Brazil. If you live outside of Brazil, be aware that support is terrible and there are no upgrades or promotions. It's a shame.

English version just shuts down randomly and turns into Portuguese. Very frustrating. Desktop version worked for a while, but now you need to enter login codes sent to your email. Only they don't work. Your code gets sent, but when applied it doesn't work. So no desktop version available now.
