It doesn't even work properly. You cannot use it anywhere, cuz in some regions, it will not enen work. Cell, or any other carrier is better than Möbius.

The тарифs are very expensive! More affordable plans should be introduced for users who consume fewer data. Currently, the cheapest plan costs 60,000 soums and includes 60 GB. However, I use at most 5–10 GB per month, yet I still have to pay 60,000 soums. This is unfair and forces users to waste money.
