Garbage app, constantly shuts down while in use requiring me to load everything back up. Constantly sends me to the wrong place. Today it sent me 11 miles to the wrong address even though its in their app correctly.

Makes me want to rip my hair out daily!! I am forced to use this program at work, and it is awful!! Nothing is seamless. I'd be willing to bet the company does not use its own product, cause there is no way they would leave so many user annoyances. Pull down menus open in such a way you can't even see them. Search is ridiculous, from options to results. It has way too many options for searching and yet not the most obvious one needed...KEYWORD!! Many more reasons than this!!! Run away!!!!!

Keep a charger or battery pack nearby if you have to use this app, it will entirely drain a fully charged phone in less than half a work day. The frequent crashes are annoying and time-wasting. The constant re-downloading of your company logos and files every time it loads is agitating. The way it reformats any notes you put on a work order is infuriating. The lack of info flow from the main app to the phone app makes it border on useless. Good luck...
