Customer care is awful. They don't even read the messages. Just keep sending the generic replies. I had a premium subscription with them, and they suddenly changed the app and web, and my credentials are not working on the new app. Updates are not coming through to the old Web and app. I asked for a refund, and they don't even bother to reply.

My total returns from my portfolio based on moby suggestions have been less than my other portfolio. Their 2022 stock pick gave me -80% return. This was still ok, but this company has 0 integrity. I bought the subscription for 1 year and they auto-renewed it. They don't send email for auto-renewal and also subscription cancel so, you can't share any proof that you have cancelled your subscription. They refuse to give refunds even if you contact customer service on the 1st day of subscription year.

I signed up for their premium membership through tap joy. After following the link from tap joy, I perused their site before deciding to purchase. On one of their pages, they had a "try us, and if not happy cancel within 30 days for full refund". I signed up based on this commitment. Emailed to cancel within 30 days and Moby refuses to refund denying having the guarantee despite being shown a screenshot of it. If Moby is deceitful from the start, can you trust your money with them? Buyer Beware.
