Mochila: School Planner

Mochila is the school planner that fills itself in. Copy the messages from the class group, take a photo of the school letter or pick a screenshot of the school app, and Mochila turns it into reminders with the date and the child they are for: "Friday, school trip, bring the signed slip and $5". It reminds you the evening before, and your partner sees it too.

FROM THE CHAT TO YOUR PLANNER
• Paste one message or fifty: the AI finds the dates, things to bring, payments and permission slips
• Photo of a paper letter, a screenshot or a PDF from the school
• It knows "next Thursday" and which child it is for, by class and teacher
• Chit-chat, thanks and questions between parents are left out
• On Android, share straight from the chat with Share > Mochila

TODAY AND TOMORROW AT A GLANCE
• What they need tomorrow, at the top
• The week with a colour for each child
• Tick "packed", "paid" or "signed" with one tap
• Overdue payments and slips stand out

REMINDERS THAT ARRIVE IN TIME
• The evening before and in the morning, at the times you choose
• With exactly what is missing: the slip, the money, the costume

FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
• Share the backpack with your partner or the grandparents with a code
• When one marks "paid", the others see it straight away
• Add reminders to your phone calendar

Free with 10 AI reads a month and unlimited reminders written by hand. Mochila Pro (monthly or yearly subscription, with a free trial on the yearly plan) adds reads without a monthly limit, the family backpack for up to 6 people and calendar export. No ads, no tracking: what you paste is read and thrown away.
