Incredible & informative app! The best derm/skin app available. This app has been so important for me personally as a two time, 15 year - Cancer Fighter, family history of Skin Cancer & past heavy sun exposure. I haven't had Doctors that truly cared in years. The Dermatologist that I have encountered has been a joke, at best. This app has been critical! No ads and no problems, only suggestions that have been helpful.

Every time I put the 2 pictures in, I get a different result. It is good that they provide a variety of choices, as it is hard to make a definitive diagnosis, but it doesn't answer my question if it's cancer or not. Sometimes I get a high score, meaning most likely, and sometimes it's a low score on the same 2 photos.

The app won't let me take any more photos!! Every time I take a photo of my "mark" and click on "Ok", it just goes back to the homepage, the Wi-Fi symbol flashes, and I have to start all over again!!! But then the same thing keeps happening - it's very annoying because obviously I'm worried about this mark.....

Bad app, doesn't identify anything, even acne from top google results edit: after dev replied I downloaded again and tried another google image, their AI identified basic comedones acne as a rash, still a 1 star.
