Been using this as my main release for almost 2 years and works well. Easy to use and works as advertised. An update to include "Non-binary" or "Other" for the model's gender would be a great addition as would be the option to disable photographing ID as it is not required in all situations would also be welcome. Recommended as a great way to make sure you have a release from every shoot.

Outstanding App for photographers! I no longer have to carry paper model releases. Half the time I forget to bring a pen. No longer the case! Works perfect on my phone and tablet! The only drawback is that you can't save what you've already started, so you lose that information unless you already created the PDF, but the app mentions that it will be coming soon.

Looks like it could be useful, but in-app purchase doesn't work, can't use because everything says VOID on it. Going to menu and selecting Purchase just leaves a message of "The item you were attempting to purchase cannot be found"

Lots of bugs! Selecting date of birth for example is a nightmare having to
go back month by month starting from current date to get to the date you
want will take forever. It seems you can't type in the date manually.

Multiple features do not work. App uninstalled. Response to being called s
liar: The app did not work. The prefilled PDF would not show at all, and
other sections I needed to fill in would not take info. Before you call me
a liar again, I recommend you look up the word "libel". You have several
bad reviews, rather than acting inappropriately and calling your customers
names why not fix your app? Not a way to be successful.
