Description by Sky Rocket Apps(from Google Play)
ModFace is an AI face-swapping video editor that can make funny videos by changing any faces of any videos offline. What makes ModFace stand out is that face-swapping of videos is done locally on your phone, which means you can copy your face and paste it on ANY videos such as videos of your friend, or copy ANY faces such as faces of your friends and paste them on your selfie video! Now with ModFace, you can make videos, memes of funny face filters, and effects offline. You don't need to use the internet and send your photos to a remote server to make funny videos anymore.
ModFace uses AI technology to extract the faces of your selfie photos, or photos of anyone, and map the face onto any video on your phone in real-time to make a new video of people with new faces. It is not simply cutting and pasting faces to new videos; we analyze the face from the photo and integrate it seamlessly into another person in a video. You can put yourself in a movie trailer, make yourself look like a celebrity or your friend, do a gender swap, and you can also put the face of your friend, celebrity on your body to create viral and funny videos.
Now try ModFace, use it to paste your face onto ANYONE you like: a movie star, celebrity, artist, or even your friend! Or paste ANY face such as the face of a celebrity or your friend onto your selfie video! You can see yourself in movies, trending videos, your friends' videos, or see your friends, movie star with your body!
Features:
Adding any face to your list from photos or taking selfie photos. Selecting any video on your phone to do the face-swapping. Editing the video by swapping the faces you added with the faces in the video and saving the video to your album. Face hue, saturation, brightness, opacity adjustment. Video cutting. After the face-swapping, you can cut out the best part of the video you just made. Face warping: You can warp the face to make the videos funnier. Face decorations: You can add some decorations such as head gears to make the videos more interesting. Managing your saved videos: Sharing, deleting, or cutting your saved videos.

The best face swapper simply for the fact that it works locally and offline alone! For how simple it is, it's very good. It has some ways to go though, and if you see this developer(s), please do keep improving the model. The app seems to have difficulty keeping the face-mapping when heads are looking left right / up down in videos. With this being the only offline AI tool on the app store, I really hope that this app's development continues. Especially if it can reach Re-Face's accuracy level.
