Love the service, the app is pretty and functions correctly, but I would love the addition of widgets that show how much credit you have and when the service will be renewed.

Regarding App = 5 stars. Service coverage is OK, but constant reminder from my phone that I am in "roaming" while not leaving Slovakia is really painful, 'cause I need to click OK every time - otherwise it will disconnect. And it cannot be turned off in the phone.

Horrible app, simple UX at least to topup credit, but I have active data package, on screen, there some sets button which only open another tab, cannot cancel my subscription. For packages, there is slider view only, non-relevant packages cos I am not a student and so on, why this app even exists

My experience with 4ka: A complete disappointment. The internet is terrible, and the call quality is just as bad. Watching a movie is nearly impossible — it either keeps freezing or doesn’t load at all. Even having a normal phone conversation is a struggle due to the poor connection. On top of all that, the prices are unreasonably high for such low-quality service. Honestly, this network is useless. I absolutely do not recommend it.

can't even top up credit? Why should I have app when I need to go to website to do that. Uninstall.

I haven't seen the apps like this before. I do understand that you're trying to improve and keep up with technologies, but this app never needed it. I liked the version from 2023. It was easy to read, use and understand. This one has too much of visual trash, an AI and is appalling. I want to click, read and that's it. Here I have to "Click, click, where's that info I need?! Click, click, OK, it's too slow, just close the app, I'm giving up. Where's the website?!" It's not faster!
