Application requires too many personal information even the insurance company have it all already. The app is hanging. When adding a child into app, you have to provide again too much personal info of the children and scans/pictures of documents they already have. After adding the documents, nothing happens, no error, no successful message, children is not added even after one day, not possible to see any status of adding
