Mole & Skin Check Tracker

Keep an eye on your skin the smart way. Mole & Skin Check Tracker is a private, offline body-map monitor that helps you photograph your moles and skin spots over time, run ABCDE self-checks, and never miss a recheck. Everything stays on your device — no account, no sign-in, no cloud.

IMPORTANT: This app is an awareness and monitoring tool only. It is NOT a diagnosis, NOT medical advice, and NOT a medical or measuring device. It does not detect or rule out skin cancer. Always see a doctor or dermatologist about any new, changing, or concerning spot.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Body map — tap the front or back view to drop a marker exactly where each mole is
• Photo timeline — add dated photos of any mole and watch it over weeks and months
• Measure size — record each mole's size in millimetres with an on-photo caliper guide
• Size chart — see a mole's measured size plotted over time
• ABCDE self-check — a guided 5-point check (Asymmetry, Border, Colour, Diameter, Evolving) with notes
• Side-by-side compare — line up an earlier and a later photo, or scan a full compare grid
• Symptom flags — mark itch, bleed, change, pain or crust on any photo
• Full-body photos — take periodic front and back reference photos of your whole skin
• Recheck reminders — monthly, quarterly, 6-monthly or yearly nudges so you stay consistent
• Sun-safety guide — the ABCDE rule, all 6 Fitzpatrick skin types, and practical sun-safe habits
• Family profiles — keep separate records for the people you look after

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your photos and notes are stored only in a private database on your device. Nothing is uploaded. Optional PIN or biometric lock keeps your photos for your eyes only.
