Super annoying that Google Pay doesn't work, so you have to manually enter in all your card details if you want to pay with the app...

Google Pay doesn't work and the points get deducted even if you cancel the payment.

The first user coupon can't be used. At first, it was able to apply to my order but after that because my Google wallet got declined. The coupon is written off as used, 😢 even though I haven't made an order for my drink.

Tea is great, app is terrible. Google Pay will error out and it's so easy to mistakenly create ghost/double orders. UI doesn't follow standard design conventions (e.g. it uses a small check box instead of a button), system warnings are written as orderable menu items.
