momap – your digital companion for the shuttle service

SIMPLE, DIGITAL COMMUTING
With the momap app you use shuttle and company transport services simply, comfortably and digitally. The app accompanies you from sign-in to the end of your ride and brings together all the information about your shuttle ride in one place. On the way to work or back home – momap helps you keep track of your rides and keeps you reliably informed about the current status of your connection.

QUICK SIGN-UP, SECURE LOGIN, READY TO GO
Getting started with momap is simple and intuitive. After a short registration and login you get access to your personal rides and to all the features relevant to you. A built-in onboarding guides you step by step through the key areas of the app and explains, among other things, how to use your digital ticket and the ride overview. That way you find your way around from the very first minute, with no lengthy training needed.

ALL YOUR RIDES AT A GLANCE
The ride overview lists all shuttle rides available to you. Smart filters let you narrow rides down by line or shift so you quickly find the right connection. In addition, the app suggests suitable rides based on your current location and makes choosing the right connection easier.

REAL-TIME INFORMATION
For every ride, momap provides detailed information – including departure and arrival times, all stops and a map view of your route. During the ride you receive live updates on the ride status, the vehicle position and the estimated arrival time. Use the navigation feature to find your way to your selected stop easily and reliably.

YOUR TICKET, ALWAYS WITH YOU
In the momap app you always carry your ticket digitally, as a personalised QR code. Simply scan your ticket when boarding the vehicle to check in to your ride quickly and easily.

YOUR PERSONAL AREA
In your profile you manage your personal settings and access all the important information about your user account. You can also – where your company provides for it – select your site, so that the shuttle connections relevant to your location are shown. The FAQ area adds helpful answers to frequently asked questions and further information about using the app.
