I love this app and use it every day. It's more than just a delivery app. Once I post schedules in MOMS, then everyone can see their schedule. If there's a change to the schedule, they can see it in real time! And employees can request someone to take their shift. They can also put in Time-Off requests. Of course there can always be improvements, but having everyone in my store use the app makes it so much easier for scheduling and deliveries!

Map improvement on Android is much better, having the ability to direct delivery orders, and generate a route. The app works for employees of multiple Marco's locations. You no longer need to be directly by your delivery address to confirm deliveries, necessary change for individuals who won't be able to confirm at the delivery location due to their data. Very good improvement.

Kicked off the app, password wouldn't work. Tried changing password but that doesn't work either. Says invalid token, I don't know what that even means

Causes parasitic battery drain. Requires location turned on to log in. Removed.

The old Foodtec app was a gold standard for pizza delivery. Though MOMs Connect offers better features than the MOMs Route, it is still primitive in comparison. We still cannot track our balance in real time, cannot see how many drivers are at the store, cannot see how many miles driven, check in from the app, etc. Still awful overall.

I'm a Shift Leader at a Marco's Franchise Location, and we got the app a couple of weeks ago now. I have had issues retrieving days for my store and even my GM is unaware as to why. We've tried different things and still nothing. Another Shift lead has Android and is having the same issue.
