The cloud-enabled MOMS Connect App gives you the freedom to step away from the store and still be able to stay informed of your business. For your delivery team, GPS/location and order status data from the driver section connect the restaurant and driver. Managers now have real-time information that empowers them to make better decisions on timing and order bundling.

I love this app and use it every day. It's more than just a delivery app. Once I post schedules in MOMS, then everyone can see their schedule. If there's a change to the schedule, they can see it in real time! And employees can request someone to take their shift. They can also put in Time-Off requests. Of course there can always be improvements, but having everyone in my store use the app makes it so much easier for scheduling and deliveries!

Only things I ask is that we can add instructions or notes like the last app before switching to MOMS. You could make a note like "gps says green house but It's actually behind the green house" and the next driver could see that.

I'm a Shift Leader at a Marco's Franchise Location, and we got the app a couple of weeks ago now. I have had issues retrieving days for my store and even my GM is unaware as to why. We've tried different things and still nothing. Another Shift lead has Android and is having the same issue.

Kicked off the app, password wouldn't work. Tried changing password but that doesn't work either. Says invalid token, I don't know what that even means

The old Foodtec app was a gold standard for pizza delivery. Though MOMs Connect offers better features than the MOMs Route, it is still primitive in comparison. We still cannot track our balance in real time, cannot see how many drivers are at the store, cannot see how many miles driven, check in from the app, etc. Still awful overall.
