Comments on Mondaine SBB smart stop2go Wal for Android

★★★★☆ Bernard Bernardić · Jun 21, 2020

I see many bad comments, but I don't have any problems with current app, it's working fine on android 10. Also, some people are talking about problem with their clock (possible faulty?), not THE APP. Maybe some have difficulties understanding how to REALIGN HANDS (choose seconds, set minutes hand on 0, 15, 30 or 45, choose minutes (1 of those 4), choose hour - the one currently on the clock, not the real hour). Nonetheless, I have 2 proposals: 1. Automatic sync in the background every n hours or days (option to choose) 2. Widgets for clock and temperature (measured by the clock) on main screen or screensaver

★★★★★ A Google user · Aug 17, 2018

The app works well with my Mondaine clock. Note that you have to accept the location permission and to turn-on GPS location, otherwise Bluetooth can't work.

★☆☆☆☆ John Doe · Aug 8, 2018

I'm using the latest version of application. 1) this app doesn't work until you allow it to know my location. This is not acceptable, why would it need to know my location? I know my timezone myself anyway. 2) manual time setting just doesn't work. 3) automatic time setting is 1 hour ahead of actual time and there is no way to fix it. Maybe it tries to guess my time zone by location instead of just taking correct one from phone? I managed to work around that by "incorrectly" setting the hand alignment. 4) "step" button is very laggy.

★☆☆☆☆ Rokas A. · Feb 26, 2026

App just doesn't work. And every time I need to connect to the clock (either after changing batteries or changing winter / summer), after hours of frustration and repeating same steps, as per manual, in the end I've discovered that the only way to connect the watch to phone for time adjustment is to restart router. Though it looks like that the clock connects with no problems for daily time adjustment, 21:00

★☆☆☆☆ Andrew Sporle · Oct 18, 2022

Beyond frustrating. Just makes the clock select a random time, no matter what time you try to set it for. Waste of time and money.
