Money Manager: Expense Tracker

Money Manager is a personal expense tracker that works entirely on your phone: income, expense and transfer records, monthly and weekly budgets, a spending calendar, clear charts and Excel-safe CSV — with NO login, no banner or pop-up ads and no cloud account. Your financial data never leaves your device.

FREE

✓ Unlimited transactions — income, expense and transfers between accounts
✓ Fast keypad entry — type 50, tap the thousands key, get 50,000; +1k/+10k/+100k/+1M buttons; đồng formatting as you type
✓ Type "45k coffee" and the amount and note are filled in for you
✓ Categories you use most come first; save templates and duplicate a past transaction in one tap
✓ Record without opening the app: daily reminder button, Quick Settings tile (Android 7+), app shortcuts, home-screen widget
✓ Automation intent for Tasker/MacroDroid — fields validated, entry screen opens for you to confirm unless you choose direct saving
✓ Custom categories with emoji and colors, plus subcategories (Food › Coffee); statistics can group them under the parent
✓ Up to 5 accounts — cash, bank, e-wallet — balances always computed from transactions
✓ Monthly and weekly budgets per category, with 80% and over-budget alerts and a budget progress bar on the main screen
✓ On-device insights: category jumps versus last month, spending pace, logging streak — nothing sent anywhere
✓ Safe to spend — what you can still spend each day this month under your budgets (Budget tab and home card)
✓ Month recap (More tab) — savings rate, change versus last month, top categories, biggest day; share as text
✓ Spending calendar, category pie chart, 12-month income/expense bars, average spending per weekday and a net-worth chart
✓ Smart search — finds notes and categories with or without accents ("an uong" finds "Ăn uống"), totals for what it found, one tap to search every month; filters by date, account, category, type, amount
✓ CSV export with UTF-8 BOM (Excel-safe accents) and CSV import from Money Lover and similar apps
✓ Manual backup/restore to a file you pick
✓ PIN lock with optional fingerprint unlock, dark mode

WHY PEOPLE CHOOSE THIS APP

• No login — record your first expense seconds after install.
• Your ledger stays on your phone — no sync server to go down.
• Built VND-native — quick thousand entry, đồng formatting, Vietnamese defaults.
• No banner or pop-up ads. The only ads are optional reward videos you choose to watch for credits.
• Only anonymous usage and crash statistics (can be switched off in Settings), plus Google Play Billing and, if you watch a reward video, Unity Ads (device and ad identifiers). Your transactions, notes, account names and amounts never leave the device.

PRO

Pro is available as a one-time lifetime purchase, or as a yearly, 3-month or monthly subscription. All of them unlock exactly the same features, and everything works offline. People who installed during the launch promotion keep Pro for free.
