Принцип работы с программой:
1) Вы создаете "счета" (например, "Бумажник", "Депозит ВТБ", "Депозит Сбербанка", "Карта ВТБ").
2) Вы добавляете первые приходы на "счета", чтобы задать первоначальные суммы.
3) Вы добавляете "категории" двух типов - "доходы" и "расходы". У меня в качестве доходов добавлены "Заработная плата и аванс", "Бонусы", "Проценты", "Подарок", в качестве расходов - "Еда", "Питье", "Обучение", "Проезд", "Налоги", "Подарки" и т. п.
4) Вы добавляете "контрагентов". У меня они сделаны в виде дерева "Семья", "Я", "Жена", "Сын".
5) Дальнейшая работа заключается в ежедневном добавлении расходов или доходов по счетам. Потом сможете показать жене, кто в семье главный добытчик, а кто - транжира.
Главные возможности программы:
- Любые валюты (предустановлены USD, EUR, RUB и KZT, остальные вы можете добавить по своему усмотрению).
- Все ваши деньги пересчитываются в одну валюту по заданному курсу.
- Контрагенты (кто тратит и приносит деньги) и категории могут иметь вложенность друг в друга (как папки на компьютере).
- Планировщик доходов/расходов может автоматически добавлять доход или расход с заданной периодичностью. Так я контролирую свой интернет-счет и телефон.
- Экспорт в CSV-файл для анализа в Microsoft Excel или аналогичной программе.
- Сохранение данных на карте памяти или ПК для возможного восстановления или переноса на другое устройство.
- Встроенный простой построитель отчетов.
- Система фильтров для анализа исторических данных.
- Добавление расхода или дохода максимально упрощено, так как это самая частая операция в программе.
- Перенос средств с одного "счета" в другой. Например, при снятии денег с карты вам нужно сделать перевод. Конвертация валют при переносе осуществляется автоматически, но конечное значение можно тут же откорректировать.
