★★☆☆☆ Everything was easy to set up, no issues with setting up, getting information or withdrawing my money. The bottom line though is that I lost 3% of my money in a year. I appreciate that's a snapshot, these are supposed to be longer term investments etc. etc., but I would have been better just doing nothing with my money. I've paid fees for absolutely nothing.

★★☆☆☆ To add money to a pension you need to physically sign a dd mandate and email it. Haven't signed anything for a decade!. I assume they don't still make ridiculous claims about growth as ive been investing in a pension for 3 years, monthly payments, and it's worth less than the money invested. Now I know we have to be realistic in turbulent times but losing money?
